Starting this year, the school would concentrate on educating the students about the amount of calories in various foods and will also organise different workshops along with nutritionists.

Students and parents both have welcomes such initiatives. Several students have adopted such lessons even at home. According to Smriti S from the DPS North, getting to learn about healthy foods at school helped her change the diet she followed at home as well.
